Account Manager – Signage

Opportunity for a client focused account manager with knowledge of the signage industry.

For 40 years this signage business has grown to into one of the UK’s leading signage specialists.

Due to growth, it is now looking to add an Account Manager to its existing team to help with the day-to-day management of clients across hospitality, travel, transportation, retail, leisure and out of home media to name a few.

Using your knowledge of the signage industry, you will maintain professional business relationships with clients, deal with inbound enquiries, take accurate orders and prepare costs, while keeping the MIS system up to date.

Your main duties will include:

• Interpret customer enquiries and clarify requirements
• Work closely with the Projects, Operations and Technical Teams to ensure information is produced in a timely manner to respond to client enquiries within a timely manner
• Establish relationships with existing clients across all sectors and provide a good service to maintain recurring business
• Work closely with the Sales Team and Senior Account Manager to develop new opportunities through channels within the company’s existing client base
• Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing for materials and services
• Prepare job specific documentation to ensure correct communication
• Prepare forecasts for reporting sales figures.
