I am currently looking for a Painter to work for a Housing Association in the Derbyshire area. This is a permanent working mainly within void properties.

- £30,000 per year
- Company van & fuel card provided
The right Painter will need:
- Full UK Driving License
- Social housing experience
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Painting
For this Painter role you will be responsible for:
- Prepping and Painting walls in void properties
- Stripping wallpaper
- Glossing
- Experience working with Damp & Mould
- Some external painting
- Completing work to a high standard
