Stock Control Manager

Our established and popular client based in the heart of Telford is looking for a temporary full time stock control manager to take over the reigns in the warehouse/office area to cover longer term leave.
Reporting to the business support manager, you will be in integral part of the business operations, ensuring all stock movements are planned, managed and implemented, whilst maintaining overall control of the warehouse and digital configuration space.

In this varied role, you will be co-ordinating stock outgoing for project installs and customer orders with equipment accurately documented for Project Installation team. Adherence of corporate systems via the companies ERP system database, at the same time ensuring all stock is managed through the clearly defined processes and procedures, in addition you will liaise with the logistics team for expected delivery of equipment, in order to assign space and ensure safe/efficient introduction of new stock.

It's important in this role to record all stock entering and leaving, following the process for stock adjustments and scrap materials, and learn the location of the management of inventory within the facility.

Ideal Candidate

- Previous warehouse management and stock control experience necessary
- Counterbalance FLT License of benefit
- Use of MRP/ERP stock management database
- Desirable Core understanding of ISO90001:2015 and processes within
- Desirable Good Understanding and use of Microsoft suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, Project
