A global facilities management company that deal with commercial projects across various commercial sites. They have been growing their projects team and this is an addition to an established project management function that is delivering on one of their biggest contracts.  

Your new role – BMS Project Manager

• As a BMS project manager you will be overseeing the effective and compliant completion of installing building management systems into a variety of commercial buildings.
• Making sure suitable work plans and budgets are in place to meet the needs of stakeholders.
• Handling the project delivery side of the projects taking it from an estimator to completion and handover.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a BMS project manager in a construction or facilities management company. 
• A good understanding of CDM regulations and installing BMS systems.
• Previous experience handling multiple projects at various stages.  
• Strong communication, with the ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
