Site Manager – Manchester - £50-55K
Site Manager requited for large Groundworks contractor in Manchester.
You will manage all on site groundworks and construction projects, it will involve programme management, scheduling and ensuring you are compliant with HSEQ.
This is a growing company that have been established over 20 years the job could be a perm or contract to suit your requirements.
Site Managers duties
Site Manager role to oversee individual schemes responsible for managing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a thorough understanding of construction processes and procedures
Site Managers Package
£50-55K
5% Pension

Site Managers Requirements
Used to managing sites
Experience of Groundwork projects
Able to lead, motivate and manage a team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the groundworks and construction industry.
SMSTS / Managers CSCS card
Temporary Works Supervisor (desirable)
