If you are a Lettings Negotiator who loves working with luxury apartments and properties, this is an exceptional opportunity to let the best apartments in Liverpool city centre.
With an impressive portfolio of completed and new apartments in the pipeline you will be able to take advantage of a generous monthly bonus scheme and huge supply of apartments catering to the Young Professional and Student tenant market in Liverpool city centre. As well as a competitive basic salary, the bonus scheme should lead to an easily achievable OTE of over £30,000.
We are looking for friendly, passionate and organised individuals who love helping tenants find their dream apartment. Organising and conducting viewings is a key focus, utlisiing show apartments prior to completion in some cases. There will be a huge surge of prospective tenants for these properties, with high quality furnishings and best in class facilities for tenants to enjoy. You will also be able to demonstrate a strong grasp of the current lettings market in Liverpool, negotiating on rental agreements on behalf of clients. Building relationships will also be crucial in this role, keeping clients informed of availability, following correct procedures to ensure vital checks are carried out to set up agreements.
Please note this role is only available to drivers with their own vehicle, with free parking and excess travel compensated. (Business car insurance will be required).
