GSL Education is looking for enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to work in primary settings in Sheffield.

Job Summary: Early Years Teaching Assistants play a vital role in the development of young children, assisting with educational activities, daily routines, and playtime to foster a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily educational and play activities designed to enhance early development.
  • Support the emotional and social development of children.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe and supportive setting for all children.

Requirements:

  • Experience in early childhood education or relevant qualifications such as NVQ in Childcare.
  • A caring and positive attitude towards young children.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and creativity in educational activities.
