Experienced Fit Out Site Manager (Manchester) - Commercial Units

Our client, a leading specialist in commercial fit-outs, is seeking a skilled Site Manager with joinery experience to join their team. With a focus on delivering CAT A and CAT B projects for retail, hospitality, and office spaces, they offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus expenses and additional benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the complete fit-out process of commercial units in Manchester, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Liaise with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion within budget.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the fit-out sector, with a strong focus on commercial projects (retail, hospitality, offices).
• Experience with CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.
• Background in joinery, with a strong understanding of joinery techniques and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, designers, and on-site teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
