Development Manager (.NET/Angular)

Location: Berkshire, UK

Salary: £70,000+ (Dependent on experience)

Our client are a global dynamic and innovative company based in the Berkshire area, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager to lead the talented development teams.

The successful candidate will manage six direct reports across two specialised teams (2 Full Stack Developers and 4 Software Developers). This is an exciting opportunity to influence the direction of our development processes and ensure the successful delivery of full-stack projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage two development teams, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee the development and implementation of our software.
• Manage full-stack development projects, with a focus on Angular and .NET technologies.
• Implement best practices in software development and project management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Angular and .NET (preferably Angular).
• Excellent understanding of development processes and project management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
