Job Description
Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Family Support Worker with Oldham Council
Oldham Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 37 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Completing short breaks assessments and reviews of current short breaks packages
- Completing carers assessments and support plans
- Completing home visits to children and their families
- Working in a multi-agency manner with other professionals including health and education
- Completing direct observations and visits to children in school
Requirements:
- Experience working with families and children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-agency environment
- Experience in completing assessments and support plans
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
