At AK Teaching, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a Primary School in Bradford. This full-time position begins as a 12-week temporary contract with the potential to become permanent, offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting appropriate targets.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and a love of learning.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a safe and orderly classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, ideas, and best practices.
• Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and events.
• Take on subject leadership responsibilities, if appropriate, to drive curriculum development and innovation.
• Promote the welfare of students by adhering to all safeguarding policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements:
