Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Systems Team Leader to join the Research and Development (R&D) function. • Conduct and participate in technical reviews, ensuring robust risk management protocols are in place.
• Present designs and technical concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects.

Qualifications:

• A higher degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
• Excellent academic achievements to degree level in an engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated technical leadership skills with a history of managing and developing successful teams.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end product development, software, electronics and systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex designs in a clear and concise manner.
