Due to an increase in workload with our current clients, we are looking for a number of experienced telehandlers that can work throughout Manchester on both commercial and housing projects.

• Location: Manchester & surrounding areas
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: various length of roles. All freelance
• Pay rate: £17 - £20 dependent on experience

The role

• Operating the machine
• Assessing loads and deciding whether they are safe to lift
• Understanding the effects of loads, sizes and weights on the telehandler's stability
• Understanding how the machine works and addressing any maintenance needs
• Understanding the basic construction of pallets

Requirements.

• Must have a valid CPCS (Blue preference but not essential) or NPORS ticket
• Minimum of 3 years experience operating a telehandler
• Valid UK driving license
• Must provide 2 recent references
• Experience on housing or commercial sites

The successful candidate will receive.

• An hourly rate of pay, agreed with your individual recruitment consultant.
• Holiday pay
