We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Site / Project Manager to join a leading regional contractor.
Our client acting as principle contractor will be responsible for 2 large commercial roofing packages - re-roof (felt roofing system), install capping, man safe system and lightning protection. There are also coping repairs to be carried out.
Managing the project from start to completion you will be responsible for the directly employed staff, sub-contractors and the delivery of the project on time, within budget and safely.
You will need experience delivering similar Roofing Project, SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
Rate of pay is negotiable - and can be paid CIS or Ltd.
