SITE MANAGER WITH MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A FREELANCE POSITION IN LEAMINGTON 

Job Title: Site Manager 

Location: Leamington 

Rate: £250-£350 per day 

Duration: 12-15 Months   

Overview

• Skilled Careers are working with an Contractor who are looking for a Site Manager. 
• The ideal Site Manager will have previous experience in a delivery position from planning to site completion. 
• This a fantastic opportunity for you to oversee a project from start to finish and be part of a company that will give you the chance to be a main pillar for growth in the Midlands

Responsibilities

• Liaising with various office departments in terms of reporting their build progress, health and safety, materials, drawings and sub-contractors. 

• Supervising and motivating their sub-contractors and internal site team. 

• Ensuring that the site is managed safely and meets all Health and Safety regulations. 

• Maintaining build quality on site 

Requirements

• UK Main Contractor experience (Essential) 
• A proven track record in delivering multi million pounds projects would be advantagous 
• Education build experience would be desired
