Adoptions Engineer :
A private house-builder is looking for an Adoptions Engineer to managie and oversee the bond limit facility for S38/S278/S104/S185 agreements.
You will also overseeing thecompletion of roads and sewers on new build housing projects from the start of installation through to adoption by the relevant authorities.
Duties include:
Working alongside contractors to ensure all roads and sewers are installed to the best quality and correct specification.
Working with the relevant adopting authorities to ensure allS38/S104 agreements are complete and adopted in a timely manner.
Managing public open space handovers to the managing agent.
