Class 2 Drivers – Mon to Fri Days – Skelmersdale

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Class 2 driver who would like to work full time on an ongoing contract based in Skelmersdale. 

This job will suit drivers who want to earn good money doing sociable working hours. You will work Monday to Friday with a start time of around 06:30am.

You will start in Skelmersdale and have 15 – 20 drops per day over 2 runs.  All deliveries are local with an average shift length of approximately 10 to 12 hours in duration.  The role involves delivering Palletised goods to businesses, building sites and warehouses on a tail-lift vehicle with a powered pallet truck.

The successful applicant can expect to earn £14.00 per hour and a generous amount of holiday pay.  Plus if you give us 6-months ongoing and excellent service we’ll offer incentives upgrading your licence to a Class 1 at our expense.

Successful applicants will be:

• Class 2
• 2 Years Class 2 experience
• Over the age of 25 – for insurance purposes
• Smart and customer friendly manner
• Good level of physical fitness
• Digital tachograph required
• Full drivers CPC essential
