We are working with a well-established Bristol business who are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join them.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead Customer Product teams to maximize value for Commercial Operations.
- Align with stakeholders on departmental objectives and strategy.
- Advocate for customers by integrating feedback and research into product decisions.
- Promote agile and continuous improvement practices.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and third parties.
- Manage third-party contracts and performance.
- Partner with Technology to foster ownership in product delivery.
- Develop and update a customer-focused product strategy and roadmap.
- Conduct analysis to define business and customer needs.
- Prioritize and solve key problems through discovery processes.
You will have:
- Product Leadership background
- E-commerce and customer experience expertise
- Skilled in personalization, CRM, and CRO
- Commercially driven
- Confident and engaging presenter
- Motivated with a growth mindset
- Effective cross-functional team leader and coach
- Experienced in managing third-party contracts and performance
The role is hybrid and you will need to comfortable commuting into the office 3 days a week.
