The successful Project Architect will have extensive post qualification UK experience including leading and running projects with strong working knowledge of Revit and excellent technical skills.

Skills, Responsibilities, and Experience for the role of Project Architect:

• Substantial post-qualification experience is essential
• ARB Registered /RIBA Chartered
• Proven experience in the residential or education sector
• Strong understanding of Revit
• Excellent communication skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Technical bias
• Strong technical detailing abilities
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
• Work well within a team
• Be involved in projects from conception to construction
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Experience managing a small team and projects
• Job running experience
• Keen eye for detail
• Good working knowledge of up-to-date building regulations
• Live locally to Manchester / Stockport
• Work well in a close-knit team
• Keen to continue progression and input to company growth
