NW London / Central London
Salary: Permanent (circa £85,000 - £90,000) Negotiable DoE
Start July 2024

** Contracts Manager required for a leading contractor in the heritage / restoration sector **

The Business:
•£55m turnover main contractor with a specialist division that works within conservation areas on prestigious heritage projects. Mostly refurb (including cut & carve) but with some new build elements. Projects (ranging in value from £1m £10m) include churches, libraries, well-known London museums & galleries, manor houses and music rooms.

Person:
•Track record / time spent with a main contractor
•Contracts management experience (looking after 2-4 projects) with managers reporting upstream to you
•Heritage - Conservation work - New build - Refurbishment

Experience:
Contract Management | Risk Assessment and Mitigation | Communication | Commercial Acumen | Contract Administration | Programming Skills | Quality Control and Assurance | Man-Management | Data Reporting | Health and Safety | Contract Closeout and Evaluation

This role could also be known as a Projects Managers, Contracts Manager or Construction Manager
