Salary/Rate:
£33,000 - £40,000/annum

My client is widely recognised as one of the leading civil engineering contractors in South Wales, delivering multi-million-pound schemes on time and to budget.  Their portfolio of work includes earthwork/remediation schemes, renewable energy projects along with infrastructure works. Due to their continued success, they have an opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

As a Site Engineer you will:

  • Have experience of setting out using robotic total stations on civil engineering schemes.
  • Be the main source of technical advice and quality control for everyone working site.
  • Provide levelling and surveying across site, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations.
  • Have experience of GPS machine guidance/control (not a necessity)

Our client requires a Site Engineer/Manager with:

  • Valid CSCS and experience of robotic total stations.
  • A good understating of construction health & safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • HND//Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Understanding of AutoCAD.

Salary and benefits include:

  • £33,000 - £40,000 per annum
