About the School: We are representing a dedicated SEN school in Milton Keynes that caters to children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Social Communication difficulties, ranging from all ages. The school provides a nurturing environment to support the educational and personal development of each student.

Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and experienced SEN Support Staff to join our team. You will be playing a crucial role in helping the teacher with setting up lessons, supporting groups or individual students, and ensuring that learning activities are personalised to reflect the needs of students of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in setting up and delivering lessons.
  • Provide support to groups or individual students.
  • Personalise learning activities to meet specific learning needs.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work Monday - Friday (Non-negotiable).
  • An active DBS on the update service (Non-negotiable).
  • Previous experience in an SEN setting or care home (Non-negotiable).
