Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2C Fenestration Sales Manager to join a high end domestic window and door business.
Our client has been trading in the home improvement industry for over 20 years and are successful due their impressive products & showroom and also outstanding customer experience.
The right candidate for this role with have current/recent experience working as a sales manager selling high end domestic products.
The role responsibilities:
- Be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies
- Nurture and maintain customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads with potential customers
- Meet with customers, prepare project briefs and quotations to meet their needs and budget
- Work with fitting teams to project manage installations
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Occasional site visits to customer homes where necessary
Person’s skills & experience:
- Have current or recent experience within a B2C sales management role in the fenestration industry
- A thorough understanding and knowledge of high end glazing products
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be sales driven and forward thinking
- Be approachable at all times
- Ability to influence and inspire customers
- Computer literate
