CMA's client is a dynamic, specialist sector business who is currently looking to appoint a Finance Manager into an essential role.  Within this fixed term contract role, you will be reporting into a Financial Controller and be senior member of this large finance function.

This is an ideal opportunity to join an outstanding organisation for a 12-month fixed term contact role, although this could extend and be a longer-term position.  Paying an excellent salary range of £50,000 to £65,000 per annum with an immediate start for the successful candidate.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Working closely with the Financial Controller overseeing the delivery of end-to-end finance operations.
• Managing a small, close knit finance team and ensuring this is supported.
• Process improvement and efficiency initiatives within the finance department.
• Month end accounting including balance sheet reconciliations.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• Qualified CIMA/ACCA or ACA, able to demonstrate practical, technical skills.
• Strong technical accounting skills, confident with month and year end accounts.
• Communications skills are key, able to business partner and deal confidently with stakeholders.
• This opportunity requires a starter at short notice.
