A leading automotive manufacturing company that specializes in producing high performance vehicles is currently hiring an Electronics Hardware Lead. The successful candidate will spearhead the development and implementation of advanced electronic components for high-performance electric vehicles.
 
The Electronics Hardware Lead will:
  • Oversee the design, development, and validation of electronic hardware systems, including control units, sensors, and communication interfaces.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, and systems engineering, to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems.
  • Manage and mentor a team of electronics engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulations.
  • Define the test and validation programme for in-house developed hardware.
 
 
The Electronics Hardware Lead will have:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in electronics hardware development, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout.
  • Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive electronics including embedded systems, and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
