Project Manager - Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage data centre construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Oversee project documentation, compliance, and quality assurance
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of data centre construction and infrastructure
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Degree in relevant field, such as Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar.
