Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school located in a beautiful, leafy area of Stockport (SK4).
Position Details:
- Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- Location: Primary School in Stockport (SK4)
- Start Date: September 2024
- Working Hours: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation
- Provide PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover
- Handle limited marking responsibilities
Requirements:
- Must hold a Level 4 teaching assistant qualification or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
