Permanent Opportunity - FM Project Manager - Lifecycle Projects - South Yorkshire - Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance £5,200

Are you a FM Project Manager with experience of delivering PFI lifecycle projects? This role will see you working for a Global FM services provider in the Education sector. If you would like to be the Project Manager on this leading PFI contract, then please apply with your CV today.

About your role

* Lead across a variety of lifecycle projects on an education contract covering 10 sites.
* Manage projects covering a diverse range of areas including HVAC, lighting, building fabric, BMS, M&E to name a few.
* Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.

About you

* Technically qualified in an Engineering discipline - ideally HVAC
* Experience of managing PFI contracts - within the education sector ideally
* Commercially astute with experience of managing lifecycle projects
* Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
* Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
* Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing issues

Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.

This role is based in South Yorkshire.

You may have experience as one of the following: Project Manager, FM Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Lead, Lifecycle Project Manager.
