Data Analyst

Must be very good with MS Excel and JIRA.

Automation skill sets would desirable (not essential)

We are looking for someone who has outstanding attention to detail, who wants to take advantage of entering a multinational company that will offer the chance to deal with various departments. Will be involved in Reports so outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written are needed.

Tasks will include:

• Extract, filter, aggregate API/Event call volumes based on customer packages
• Analyse usage trend and commercial implication per customer
• Create/present monthly/quarterly customer usage reports to GTM/Finance
• Manage and maintain manual extraction tools with support from Engineering
• Create/present monthly reports for platform KPIs, such as availability, number of connections to platform to Engineering/Architecture
• Provide requirements for future automated monitoring and reporting tools
• Provide requirements for future data visualisation and dashboard creation
• Populate with customer data the newly implemented platform tenancy model
• Provide support to the product manager looking after several DMS integration teams to create/clone/propagate/manage Epics in Jira on a weekly basis
• Provide support to the product managers looking after DMS development teams for Jira data analytics and reporting on a monthly basis.
