Senior Product Manager
Responsble for API Management, suppliers, migration, implementation, assessing vendors and all other deliverables.
- Review technical and commercial performance of current and short-listed API gateway suppliers.
- Lead new supplier selection supported by Architecture and Procurement.
- Define migration plan and support Infrastructure team during implementation.
Time To Value
- Reduce/remove effort required to setup the DMS connection to the Platform.
- Reduce implementation time on Platform Native Products.
- Remove blockers to market and support overall company TTV initiative.
Communication distribution
- Inform internal / external stakeholders of Platform deliverables and plans.
- Create guideline to explain “what, when, who, how” is to be communicated.
- Contribute to the regular internal posts from Platform.
Documentation strategy
- Guideline on internal CMS usage: best location, purpose, structure, navigation, content.
- Strategy on external documentation, including developer portal.
