As a Development, Land and Planning Inter you will be…

Assisting the Development team to deliver projects from site acquisition, through planning to project delivery and disposal. This includes:

  • Identifying and appraising new opportunities
  • Analysing target locations
  • Working collaboratively with local planning authorities; assessing environmental constraints; and expanding the local contact base.
  • Involvement from land appraisal and bid process to the purchase, planning application and pre-start on site, you’ll work closely with the Sales, Technical and Commercial teams.
  • You’ll also keep local communities informed and ensure that the developments are sustainable and have a positive long-term impact
