HVAC Technical Manager

Based in the North West

THE ROLE -you'll be assigned workload and checking quality of pre-sales technical information, selections and quotes by your team. • As part of the team, you'll be hands-on, most frequently working on large and complex projects providing technical and design solutions regarding HVAC equipment. • Liaising closely with a range of customers to include M&E consultants and M&E contractors, aiding them with technical support and advice as required. attending CPD's with consultants and occasional customer visits to provide technical assistance.

 THE PERSON 

• Articulate & a good communicator with customers.
• Prepared to be an ambassador for the business even when things are tough.
• Personable equally with Engineers on the ground, and professionals in an office surrounding.
• Task/results driven, rather than time driven.
• Mechanically mined is critical. Although it states cooling or heating bias, our work is seasonal so they will be expected to take ownership of heating projects in the winter. This also applies in reverse; the candidate will be expected to support our heating bias Technical Managers.
• Adaptable; happy to bend with incoming workloads at a moment’s notice.
• Able to juggle several projects at a time across multiple sites and geographical locations.
• Enjoy working under pressure and finding solutions.
