Salary: up to £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (office hours)

As a Customer Service Advisor, your role is to ensure an outstanding and positive customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in customer interactions, addressing enquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information regarding services.
Duties will include:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and concerns effectively.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with various departments to meet customer needs and improve overall satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Proficient computer skills
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
