Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: North of England (predominantly North West) – This role will report predominantly to the Manchester office but could occasionally also report to the Leeds/Hull offices too.

Days/Working Hours: Monday – Friday - 39 per week

Salary: £32 to £38K +10% Car Allowance + Pension  (dependant on experience)

Contract: Permanent

We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor for a leading national commercial roofing company. Your main role will be to supervise the on-site works / Site management.

The successful Candidate must have Supervisor experience with a minimum of 5 years in roofing. Knowledge of single ply, felt & hotmelt would is essential.

You will hold a Gold CSCS card minimum & SMSTS

Key Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor:

• To organise and supervise operations / sites as directed by the Branch Manager.
• To order materials and services required to ensure program compliance.
• To prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• To ensure that the works are carried out safely and in accordance with the companies requirements.
• To prepare and ensure the Quality Plan is implemented and records kept.
• To prepare the weekly wages for authorisation by the Branch Manager.
• To attend all site co-ordination/safety meetings as required.
• To provide a weekly site supervisor’s report.
• To implement Company policy at all times.

Knowledge and Experience of the Site Supervisor:

You will need to be articulate, numerate and demonstrate competence in:

• A thorough knowledge of the Flat Roofing Industry.
• To hold an SMSTS Qualification.
• To hold a CSCS Gold card as a minimum but Black Card preferred (Or be working towards).
• General computer awareness.
