Global CTS are working with a client based in Oxford. They are looking for a Project Administrator to join their team. The Project Administrator will be supporting the operations team. The role is a busy and varied one, and plays a critical role within the business. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong administration experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with any enquiries
  • Greeting clients and guests
  • Monitoring and ordering stationery
  • Coordinating couriers
  • Arranging lunches for meetings
  • Proofing reading key documents and reports to a high standard
  • Working creatively with PowerPoint slides, manuals, and handouts
  • Researching and pulling together information for proposals, creating how-to guides, refining, and improving the quality of our work as you go
  • Booking and​ liaising with suppliers, venues, and participants, tracking activities
  • Proactively following up on actions and activities to deadlines
  • Printing and producing event materials, building and administering surveys, being a key point of contact for clients and suppliers, and ensuring teams are equipped with all they need
  • You will be working with sensitive data and handling it with care too, so attention to detail and care over your work is important

​Key Attributes

  • Experience of working within a busy and varied administrative role
  • Experience as a coordinator, administrator, and/ or event management
  • Able to build relationships around the business, both internally and externally
  • Strong organisation skills and administration experience
  • Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Comfortable working within a team as well as autonomously
  • Excellent IT skills Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams and SharePoint with the desire and capabilities to learn new skills
  • Work in the office 2 days per week and attend monthly company meetings in the office
  • Some travel may be required to client sites and the occasional overnight stay
