They are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working on a range of residential and commercial projects, helping to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget.
• Assisting with reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
• Assist in evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes.
• Developing and maintaining procurement schedules.
• Aid in conducting estimation tasks to ensure accurate project cost predictions.
