The Trade Sales Manager will work with the branch leadership team to drive sales across all departments. Responsible for all trade Sales your role will be to coach and develop an established team to drive trade sales and grow trade accounts.

The role of Trade Sales Manager will see you maximizing opportunities to develop the commercial performance and customer catchment of your business through high levels of autonomy to be creative and ensure your customers receive an experience that exceeds their needs.

TRADE SALES MANAGER – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Customer Service Champion putting the customer first' through a service driven approach to sales
  • Enthusiastic with a passion for sales across all trade platforms
  • Confidently and effectively communicating with a diverse base of customers and colleagues
  • Ensuring strong P&L controls and delivery   
  • Maximise store performance through the effective management of KPIs, ensuring trends are identified and opportunities exploited
  • Identifying potential growth areas across the business and leveraging these possibilities
  • Communicating and managing corporate policies, legal requirements, procedures and instructions so changes are managed effectively
  • Creating a safe and secure working environment in compliance with company and legislative standards
  • Achieving all sales targets and converting leads
  • Development & negotiation of sales
