Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager

BDS are currently recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager to work within a retirement living scheme for older adults based in Alton, GU34.
The role will focus on supporting the day to day running of the service which hosts 48 properties alongside a communal greenhouse, allotments and a library. The duties will include but are not limited too;
- Daily welfare checks
- Health and safety checks
- Managing voids, tenancies and lettings
- Supporting resident engagement
Hours; 20 hours per week- Monday – Friday 4 hours per day- flexible how this is worked
Length on contract; Temp ongoing initially, can go perm for the right person
Pay Rate; £14.26ph PAYE- £17.39ph UMB
