Digital Marketing Manager

Details:

Type: Full-time, Permanent position

Salary: From £38k dependant on experience

Location: Stockbridge, Hybrid can be considered

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

What you'll be doing:

  • Execute campaigns using Google Ads, including optimising ad campaigns and paid search landing pages, analysing performance to increase ROI, and developing strategies to increase visibility.
  • Implement email campaigns, enhance engagement and re-targeting marketing activities using various features and functionalities within the platform.
  • Execute paid social campaigns on existing platforms, managing campaigns, budget allocations, data analysis, and copywriting.
  • Support marketing strategy development, including online and offline channels, marketing budgets, and objectives.
  • Conduct performance analysis of digital sales and marketing efforts, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilising business intelligence and digital analytics tools.
  • Manage relationships with freelancers and third parties supporting online and offline marketing activities.
  • Support activities related to product management, sales trends, cross-functional collaboration, user experience, and market research.

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, paid media, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to manage projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with creative initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
