Location: Manchester M20

(4 weeks training onsite - Hybrid afterwards 2-3 days onsite) 

Contract Length: 6 Months (potential to extend)

Pay Rate: £12 per hour 

Hours: 08.30am - 16.30pm (45 Minute Lunch Break)

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Customer Case Handler on behalf of a global company in the Technology industry. This role is initially office based for the first 4 weeks for training and then goes to a Hybrid working afterwards 2-3 days in the office.

The successful Customer Case Handler will join the Order Support Team based in Manchester. The Customer Case Handler will showcase excellent customer service skills, helping process customer orders, managing them end to end, and helping manage any escalations in a timely manner. This position has a potential to extend or go Permanent.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Case Handler:

  • Customer case management in our CRM, ensuring all customer requests are dealt with in a timely manner through to resolution.

  • Escalation of orders via our E2E tool to ensure delivery to our customers within timescales.

  • Liaison with suppliers and customers. 

  • Support customers to self-serve via track & trace systems.   

  • Identification of opportunities and training to promote the benefits to grow Customer Digitalisation.  

  • Interaction with various transport companies to resolve delivery issues relating to customer orders.

  • Liaise with internal business units to resolve customer queries. 

  • Run open order reports to provide customers with delivery information.  

  • Escalation for all customer queries /complaints to Team Leader. Resolution of customer complaints. 

 

Key Skills/ Experience required for the Customer Case Handler:

  • Must be a Team Player and be confident to work on their own and manage their own workload/cases. 

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Be able to thrive in a very busy and varied environment.

  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels. 

  • Have excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal via telephone. 

  • Good Attention to detail.

  • Forward thinking to be able to develop the role to include  the company's future goals in line with digitalisation. 

  • SAP Experience & case management experience would be advantageous.

  • Experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
