We are partnering with a prominent housing development consultancy to find a talented Architectural Technician or Designer. Our client specialises in the residential and developer sector and seeks a mid-level professional to enhance their dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates from Wigan, Warrington, Bolton, and Manchester, particularly those with a passion for layout design
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD LT, Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel
Experience working with house builders or in a similar field
Background in layout design
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform occasional site visits
Develop sketch schemes and feasibility studies
Coordinate with planning authorities and external consultants
Apply building standards in design preparation
Produce comprehensive drawing packages
