Website Assistant

12 month contract

Work Type: full time, hybrid working will be offered of 3 days office based

We are currently seeking a Website Assistant to join this organisation specialising in the maritime industry based in Lambeth, London.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and supervising the functionality/usability of the website
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve recruitment and retention rates
  • Creating regular progress reports of website analytics
  • Ensure all website content is current and relevant
  • Using Google Analytics to track and improve user experience
  • Assist with new website projects

To excel in this role, you will need to have a high standard of written and spoken English, excellent communication skills, and be competent in using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficiency in design software will also be beneficial. Your ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines, as well as your data analysis skills, will be essential in driving the website's success.
