An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an established façade specialist based in Fareham, Hampshire. Clients range from Tier 1 contractors to privately owned SMEs, offering a diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets
- Conduct site visits and assessments
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors
- Monitor project progress and manage financial risks
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in the construction or façade industry is a plus
