The Role:
As a SEND LSA, you'll support students with autism in engaging with the curriculum, developing life skills, and managing behaviour.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or group support.
- Assist teachers in lesson delivery.
- Encourage positive social interactions.
- Help manage behaviour and document progress.
About You:
- Experience with autism or SEND.
- Strong communication skills.
- Patience and empathy.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3).
