We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join the team in the EYFS. The school is a vibrant, diverse community located at the heart of the community in Oldham. The successful candidate will support their key child in class to engage positively with learning and social experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher in the set up and preparation of the classroom

Assisting key child with accessing learning activities

At times, supporting small group work with children

Supervising and assisting with the children's play and learning activities

Supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities

Working cohesively with the SEND and Safeguarding team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience working with young children in an educational setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Child-based experience is essential

A relevant early years qualification is desirable
