An award-winning property construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in South Suffolk.  

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized property consultancy who have offices in Suffolk and East Midlands and complete projects nationwide. The Quantity Surveyor will be part of a supportive, proactive, and social team of 10 Quantity Surveyors.

As a company they cover a range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Education, Emergency, Healthcare, Leisure and Retail but the Quantity Surveyor will be primarily working on fit out and refurbishment projects on Retail and Commercial schemes.

The role will include running projects from concept to completion with support from a MRICS qualified Partner and supporting junior staff on site.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Experience working on Housing Projects
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Experience within a PQS / consultancy
  • Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Experience with JCT Contracts
