A reputable multi-disciplined construction consultancy is looking for a motivated Associate Building Surveyor to enhance their Manchester team.
The Associate Building Surveyors' role
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will oversee project management and contract administration service for high-profile fit-out, refurbishment, and new build projects, with values up to £20m.
As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you will also contribute to the business's overall success and expansion through business development and networking. Additionally, you will support and mentor team members, particularly those at the APC level.
This role is ideal for a motivated Associate Building Surveyor seeking a new challenge within a dynamic and growing company, offering unlimited opportunities for career advancement.
The Associate Building Surveyor
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will hopefully be a self-motivated individual, happy to get stuck into a wide variety of responsibilities.
- MRICS qualification is preferred
- Previous consultancy experience
- Project management & contract administration experience is beneficial
