My client's current team is comprised of a crew of Planning and Design specialists, who are working collaboratively on an exciting range of projects across the commercial, residential, Infrastructure, Heritage, Urban Design, Masterplanning, Retail and Leisure sectors.

They are now seeking the addition of an ambitious Town Planner to support the senior members of the team on complex planning proposals, S106 negotiations, attendance and presentation at appeal hearing and public examinations, and providing full planning services to their diverse client base.

The ideal candidate will be MRTPI Chartered, or working towards chartership, and will have previous experience as a Planner wither within the public or private sector. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive outlook and can-do attitude!
