Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Location: Newham

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £80-£85 per day (based on experience)

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide support to students with special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
• Assist the class teacher in creating a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Work with small groups or one-on-one to provide tailored learning interventions.
• Support the social and emotional development of students, promoting positive behavior.
• Help with classroom management and administrative tasks as needed.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
• Are patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with students.
• Can work effectively as part of a team and take direction from the class teacher.
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various learning styles.

Mandatory Document Requirements:

• Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application through us.
• Provide two professional child-related references covering the last 2 years.
• An Updated CV with work and/or academic history from the last 10 years.
