Zenith People are working with our client who are a Manufacturer based in the North-East and are recruiting for a Maintenance Planner/Controller on a permanent basis.

1. Maintenance Coordinator:
   • Responsibilities:
     • Delegating maintenance tasks to the team and finding relevant vendors and service providers.
     • Developing maintenance plans and implementing them.
     • Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
     • Keeping track of supply and material inventories.
     • Liaising with Stores to arrange purchasing necessary equipment, tools, or materials.
     • Updating maintenance logs for all machinery.
     • Establishing protocols for non-mechanical maintenance.
     • Ensuring basic tools and machinery are in working order through regular inspections.
     • Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.
   • Requirements:
     • Previous experience in a Maintenance Planner role
     • Apprenticeship/Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Preferred
     • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
     • Strong communication skills
     • Leadership experience recommended.
     • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
